The management of Nikiti Comfort taking into account the situation due to covid-19, has fully adapted to the new situation and is ready to welcome you while respecting all the measures necessary for your safe stay.

Our priority is always the safety and health of our staff and customers and for this reason we have faithfully followed all the instructions issued by the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Health and local authorities.

Our hotel team is fully informed about the new hotel protocols and is ready to serve you by taking all personal protective measures, such as masks, face shields, disposable gloves. Our human resources with a sense of individual responsibility will make sure that you spend carefree moments in our accommodation.

Below are listed some of the measures we have taken:

• Departure time is until 11:00 (check out) and the time of arrival from 15:00 (check in), so there is more time to clean and ventilate the rooms.
• Keeping the necessary distances in all public areas, by placing a floor marking on most of them (reception, swimming pool).
• Presence of antiseptic devices in all areas of the property for regular disinfection of your hands.
• Electronic payment is recommended, so that the process of payment is carried out as soon as possible.
• Our accommodation maintains a customer record, for the ex post search of our customers in case of possible case, maintaining in any case your privacy, in accordance with the rules of retention of personal data.
• Cooperation throughout the 24hours with the medical team Aegean MedicalServices for the immediate management of a possible case.
• The cleanliness and disinfection of all the common areas of the property is permanent.
• All the keys and entrance cards of the rooms are disinfected thoroughly after each stay.
• Non-residents, as well as staff, are prohibited from entering the rooms. Upon check in staff escort guests to the door of their room.
• For the thorough cleaning of the rooms the housekeeping uses steam cleaners in all areas of the room.
• Towels and linen will only be made available at your request.
• The table seats and sunbeds located in the pool area are disinfected each time after the departure of customers.
• Infrared front thermometer is all hours available for our staff and customers.
